When it comes to dieting, one of the biggest problems I run into is hunger between meals. There are healthy snack ideas out there that you can safely snack on just to take the edge off until its time to eat again. Another time I fall back on my healthy snack ideas list is when im trying to hit a certain calorie count per meal, and I just need 100 more calories to hit my target.
Some Healthy snack ideas I use are
-Peanut butter w/ celery
Now Im not saying eat these for meals or am I saying eat a ton of these between meals, a snack is just that, a snack. These will help hold curb your cravings so you dont fall off your plan. Check the nutrition facts on your foods you decide as healthy snacks, and try to keep it to a minimum 100 calories or less.
