Default Cutting cycle?

I am about 6'2'', 225 lbs right now, and I want to stay at around the same weight but want to get alot more cut. I took a cycle of Test E about 6 months ago, and I was up to 245 on that and got incredible strength and bulk, but didn't give me any cutting results (besides the pump at the gym, wow). It actually kind of puffed me up alot more, which was fine for the time but now I don't need the strength as much as I just want to look good. I have a bottle of Lean Tabs(Fizogen Precision Technologies) which I was thinking of using, but I didn't know how good those would actually work, and if I should stack that with prohormones. I also just bought a bottle of Spawn(Myogenix). Any idea of how I should use these, and if I could use them together? Really inexperienced in trying to cut down, just got done playing football so I've pretty much been bulking since I got into serious lifting. Any help would be great! Thanks!

When I want to cut up, I keep my rest periods around 45seconds and do a lot of super-sets to keep my heart rate elevated during the workout. I also clean up my diet and it works wonders, low-fat, moderate carbs, moderate protein. (lean meat, egg whites, whole grains).. it works for me anyways..

I wont comment on the phs, since this is the AAS forum. Since you have only ran one cycle so far, an example of a good basic cutting cycle would be test prop/winstrol. The only downside to this cycle is going to be the frequent number of injections you will be taking compared to your first cycle. If you plan on taking the winstrol orally, this can cut down on the injections however you will still be going at least EOD with the propionate. Diet and cardio will ultimately be the determining factor in how quickly and effectively you drop the weight.

You say you just got done playing football? I'm going out on a limb here and saying you're not playing college ball, pro ball or anything else (I could be wrong) but I'm guessing your in high school? Too young for aas imo, I know you've said you ran a test E cycle and bulked up, what did you use to keep your estrogen in check? Your estrogen levels may be the cause of you holding more body fat than you want to. I'm not sure how much weight you want to lose...I would clean up your diet, hit cardio hard and keep your training intensity up. See where that gets you...then consider a fat burner to aid in your results. Save aas for after you lose the weight and if you're in HS for when you get alot older, u can truly hinder your overall gains by running aas too early...also you could literally just mess up your test levels, yielding more estro, yeilding more fat (bulk)...if diet isn't in order and training along with estro control all the aas in the world ain't gonna cut you up...you'll continue to bloat up. If I'm wrong in my assumptions please let me know, however I'm only offering my advice.

Surprisingly enough, you would be shocked to hear that alot of pro BB's swear to Test E on cutting cycles. Although the h2o retention and bloat is prevalent from a long ester'd AAS, many have combined this with var, winny, mast, tren, prov for good cutting results. I wouldnt recommend any beginner start a cycle with ed or eod pinning, it just wont work out. But with a test e/winny/var cycle and proviron to keep off the bloat I believe you have a succesful cutter... that could be run around 10 weeks. Your diet is still the most prevalent anabolic factor in this equation though.

i have prop thats fine... keeping a schedule where u have time to sit down, load prep pin ED is time consuming if u are on a busy schedule... work gym cooking etc
