Allow me to present a few question in blurb fashion: Supporting supps still the same? Armidex, clomid, or nolva? SNS stack? Boosting oral needed for efficacy? Glutes only? 500mg?
As always thanks in advance brothers

Here's my advice on a similar, hypothetical situation, :D
Supporting supplements are great idea but not completely necessary. A test only cycle is pretty mild but you'll make great gains. You will be on cycle for 12 weeks, not including PCT so be sure you have the time to dedicate. M-Drol is easier in this regard as you can make excellent, fast gains in as little as 3 weeks (not including PCT). Test gains are slower but you can probably gain more over a longer period of time, they also seem to be a bit harder to keep though.
The SNS stack would not likely be enough for PCT. You could, however, run a low dose of Inhibit-E on cycle in the absense of arimidex (a stronger AI). If you did want to run the arimidex I would look at 0.25 mg/day max, considering you use 500 mg/week of test. For PCT I would recommend you go with Clomid (

) but you may want to buy some Nolva to have just in case you end up with gyno symptoms.
Ideally as stated in the previous post an oral is a great way to kickstart the cycle as test gains take a whileee to materialize. D-Bol, ran for about 4 weeks, would be the most popular choice in this regard.
As for pinning - you'll want to go 2x per week. If you do things right you shoudn't be too sore and should be able to do only glutes. By doing things right I mean using the proper gauge pin, warming the oil prior to injecting and massaging after injection (a brisk walk and a hot shower will do it too). You can inject a lot of places but the glutes are the easiest and least painful. Quads aren't too bad either.
GL with whatever you choose.
