My issue with staying indefinitely at this point isnt really because I firmly believe in AR down- regulation, however something must stand to reason why initial gains on a steroid cycle are more profound than the latter ones. Even more importantly, I still concern myself with the not-so-talked about issue of fertility, and for me, coming off and just resting my body a little bit isn't so bad either.

This statement is just wrong...and if you read that article you would see the basis on which you are justifying burst cycling is null.

I've been on for a while, jomi has been on for a while, we both get steady gains. Gains have not "slowed" but have been consistent, and thats contributed to training and diet. I'm not saying gains DON'T level off, but if they do, you are obviously doing something wrong.

i REALLY like NPP!! good stuff. strong as hell. Joints are getting better by the day. feel great. Not really bloating at all. maybe a tad..... but more from the test than anything most likely.

you think if you waited a little longer to use the tren you might have liked it more? or maybe even used the tren longer? didn't seem like you really had much to say about it.

As for the tren... eh I think i should have just saved it for an 8 week run and taken advantage of its ability to help you cut etc. I made another thread in the AAS section which outlines my future (near future) plans which do in fact include tren... however this time I think it is put to a more practical use.

I will say the tren did help solidify my physique a little bit and shed some fat. At least enough to make lean bulking a lot easier while on NPP and TEST. So i do not really regret using it the way i did.

what if you were running a little bit of a longer cycle, would you have used the tren first or the npp first if you had to do it over again?

stepped on the scale tonight. I started this cycle after some time off and with a sloppy physique due to injury and poor diet + other life stressors etc. right now I am entering week 6 and I am up from 210 and sloppy to 230 and lean. My bodyfat just by mirror estimate DEFINITELY has decreased as i put on lean tissue however I can only estimate that it is between 8-10%.

the NPP is definitely helping my joints and my skin. My skin is tighter, giving me the appearance of more definition etc. Also, stretch marks are not an issue IN FACT my prior ones are disappearing quickly! (tanning helps hide them too though). Considering i have DEFINITELY lost fat and DEFINITELY gotten bigger i must say I have put on OVER 20lbs of muscle despite my total weight only increasing 20lbs.

it is really all my diet... I eat the same things every day. And i gruadually increase my portions. carbs are moderate and timed right (around W.O etc) and protein is VERY high.

75g whey
1 cup oats

12 oz steak
7 oz potato
brocolli

12 oz steak
7 oz potato
brocolli

15 egg whites
brocolli
3 slices ezekiel bread

75g whey
2/3 cup oats

12 oz orange roughy
brocolli
3/4 cup brown rice

wake up 4 am for 75g protein then sleep until 9 (go to bed around 12am to 1am).

PWO 150g waxy maize starch
20 mins later... 75g whey protein


*** Right now i am eating whey protein BECAUSE i am waiting on trueprotein.com to ship my egg white+ gemma blend which retains less water on me.

*** I drink lots of dandelion leaf tea which I will never stop doing!

My meal frequency ranges from every 1 hour to every 2.5 hours and I am always hungry.
