I still am puzzled at how you don't understand what i'm saying...first he said he started cycle off with a "sloppy physique"...then the next day he says he started it off with a "primed physique"...meaning, he obviously couldn't be both at the same time, now could he?

listen guys. I am not sure what everyone is getting all flustered over. I weigh myself at night all the time. meaning anytime I take my weight it is at night. It doesnt matter when I do it. yes i will be full of food and water and whatever but if i CONSISTENTLY weigh myself at night its a good gauge of my progress.

I had a sloppy physique prior to priming up for my cycle. The PRIMING killed two birds with one stone. I leaned up, and depleted myself of glycogen etc which allowed for SUPER-compensation and relatively quick weight gain early on in my cycle. THIS WAS ALL PLANNED. I had been planning it and discussing it on AM.com prior to being banned.

I did not start my cycle off with a sloppy physique. I started my pre-determined diet plan with a sloppy physique. I am sorry for the miscommunication if there was one..... My diet plan included a prime to tighten my physique and drop bf, while allowing myself to be VERY sensitive to high calories and AAS. Yes the diet changed, but it was planned and has been consistent.

i really hope this thread can become more of a discussion and less of an argument because I would like some other opinions etc as i continue to make progress here. I have some ideas for tweaking etc....

its not a problem at all but here is my plan!

I am mid week-6 and will follow through until week 8 slowly increasing my calories each week to add more muscle. (sometimes i just cannot eat... I am hungry but just so sick of food and cooking. Any suggestions for just breaking the monotony?.. any little tricks? maybe a small cheat meal will kickstart me again. )

anyhow.

After this 8 week run I will do a 4 week PCT WHILE RUNNING S-4 starting at 100mg ED.

after that 4 week PCT I will possibly take another 2-4 weeks off but we will see. then....

another 8 week cycle consisting of the same compounds and same doses (for the first 4 weeks) however I will be using Humalog 3-4x per week with my waxy maize PWO.

the latter 4 weeks I will bump the test to 1g and possibly the NPP to 1g and continue with the slin. During this phase I will hopefully also add proviron or low dose winstrol. I will then re-evaluate my physique after that. I am planning on a bit of rest after that last cycle there...

any thoughts.... suggestions....?

The way I break the monotony is my base of meals: eggs, milk, yogurt, tuna, fruit, oatmeal is fairly easy to eat! I obviously eat more than just those things in a day, but I always eat the same base of foods every hour or so.

haha yea im about to go eat something just big and satiating. I like Gixx's idea tho. keep the foods the same and eat full meals but also utilize the same foods to nibble a bit between meals etc? instead of trying to pound down some big meal every 2 hours. good things..

all those foods are relatively high calorie too...get the yoplait thick and creamy yogurt, mad good and 180 calories. So you have a big glass of milk ~2 servings, a yogurt, 2-3eggs, and some oatmeal = ~600-700 calories of easy to eat and GOOD foods.
