hmm. i mean i liked pinning quads with long estered gear however when I started pinning quads with short esters they kinda cripple up for a few days after.

guys I cant seem to break past 230-235. I can maintain 235 if I wake up mid-night for a protein shake but i stay around 230 after a few days of not doing so. I am eating as much as I can. At this point I am just sick of food and out of ideas to get the calories i need without adding unnecessary fat weight onto my frame. Im thinking it may be time to up the doses a bit. 700mg TP and NPP will be bumped to 1g each for the next two weeks with 20mg oral winny ED and .25mg Arimidex.

then 4 weeks "off" on S-4 and PCT then back on 1g each of TP and NPP but this time i may add LR3 as I think it really does work well WITH AAS.

I have been back and forth on the slin issue. Personally I just dont know. I think IF i use slin and AAS it will be with dryer compounds. For instance my cutter/recomp after some good time "off" after bulking here will be a 12 weeker (unless i can find bold prop or someone can suggest a different compound to use in its place):

1-12: Test cyp: 1g per week
1-?: 1-EQ/Bold: 500mg per week (I worry about hematocrit levels on EQ... last time i did become a bit hemo-concentrated in the words of my doctor)

1-8: Tren Ace/Enth: 350-525mg per week
1-8: proviron: 50mg ED weeks
8-12: Masteron: dosage?
Humalog: weeks 1-4, 6-10 10iu PWO

I have a feeling that ^^ will REALLy take my physique to another level assuming my diet and training are #1 priority.

I'm telling you, drink a gallon of milk a day jomi and gixxer style.

I really don't think its necessary to take tp and npp to 1gram/week but to each his own

and lastly the idea of slin is roaming around my head too...i'm thinkin about givin it a shot, will definitely help bring physique to a new level.

The thing with slin is that it can go either way. I mean I get HUGE natural insulin spike from 150g WMS PWO with no bloating. I almost fall asleep at the wheel driving home (gym is 15 mins from house and I eat protein when i get home after WMS has passed). I feel that it depends on the individuals sensitivity to insulin. Guys like Levrone used lots of insulin and built primarily lean tissue. I used insulin once with AAS and just added Bodyfat. I think the real magic happens when GH and Slin are timed PWO to take advantage of the synergy. Like i said because of the bodyfat Issue I would probably only use insulin with dryer compounds liek the cycle i posted above. Tren increases IGF-1 in the muscle which would work well with slin I woudl think.

I had toyed with the idea of PWO pGH and slin shots. Depends on how quick and how substantial the GH boost is from a shot of pGH. I mean hell I shot that stuff IM PWO for a while and DAMN did the rush hit hard and quick. I wonder if the subsequent GH pulse is as profound. IF SO then i may invest in this strategy.

you don't know that for sure yet.

as far as slin adding fat, you shouldn't be eating any fats while the slin is still active, because it will transport fat just as well as it will transport protein and carbs.

yea its all just trial and error with the S-4.

Even if not eating fats. Eating too many carbs and protein can allow the body (with or without slin) to store them as bodyfat.
