I'm highly considering it now to take my physique to the next level.
I was on enanthate and EQ. See the thing is I was eating to bulk and i wanted size. I didnt pay much attention to bodyfat however I did gain some unwanted bodyfat throughout the cycle. i have a feeling if I used slin with my current cycle and diet (which I will in my next 8 weeker) It will help add some serious LBM. The only PWO and AM carbs I will ever use again is WMS. I get SOOO bloated trying to get down 100g dextrose or whatever. The thing is though. my body is producing enough insulin to put away 150g WMS PWO. I get all the sides I would from injecting slin. Feeling a little tired etc. I mean if my body can put away those carbs then why add slin? I guess I could further increase the WMS intake and add something like 5iu slin to put away the rest but I really think the magic with slin is apparent when used with GH. I was talking to DatBTrue about it and he did a comparison on himself using Slin and LR3 vs Slin and GH and said the differences were night and day. He said that it was probably due to insulin and GH together being able to shuttle the full spectrum of amino acids into the muscle..

I really think that a cycle that is more dry than no like the one i posted above running about 12-14 weeks would optimize the results from slin. That way you could do it 4 weeks on 2-3 off etc. PLUS the compounds are more dry so you can have better control over LBM gains with slin. I feel like insulin and tren would work really well together.

What is your plan for incorporating insulin?

guys need some diet advice:

right now im eating 6400 calories per day. Im between 235-240lbs with 10% bodyfat (very visible abs). Here is my macro breakdown followed by my ideas for changing things up. Thats where i need some input...

Fat: 117g
Carbs: 634g
Protein: 653g**

** I just find it hard to believe that i need THAT much protein. I mean cutler only eats 600g protein in his pre contest phase when hes 297 flippin lbs!

I also feel like crap during the day. I get so sick of eating and i think its becuase its HARD to eat that much protein.

My potential solution (need input):

-drop protein to about 500-550g and compensate by upping the carbohydrates.

- Lower the fat to be 100g or less per day since insulin will be more active with more carbs I think a higher fat intake can lead to a higher fat storage. But if you look at it on fitday. its ABOUT a 40/40/20 macro split the way i have it now.

I just feel like i need to change something up to grow more. Here are my meals:

9am:
75g protein
40g WMS
1 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries

12:00pm:
8 oz 93% lean ground beef
1 cup brocolli
2 cups brown rice
1 scoop carb free protein

3:00pm (same as 12:00pm)

6:00pm (same as 12:00pm)

POST TRAINING ~9pm
120g WMS
75g Protein

10pm:
Same as 12pm OR something like 10 egg whites, 5 slices ezekiel toast and 1-2 scoops protein powder

12AM:
75g protein
handful almonds
(1-2 cups milk sometimes).

I just think my protein is too high. Most big dudes dont eat more than 400-500g protein per day and they are sure bigger than I am.

Im not getting fat though. thats the thing. I just feel as though Im excreting all the unused protein calories.

THis is what makes me lean towards insulin use: Since it is the storage hormone... I feel that to get bigger past a certain point AAS alone will not allow it and the addition of slin will create an environment where those extra calories are stored and not excreted as much...hmmmm

suggestions?

Damn that makes me jealous since I'm cutting with only 2500 cals right now and roughly 30 grams of carbs/day. Sigh. That does seem like a large portion of protein. I'd say up the carbs and add slin. See what happens.

aright fellas,

I was in my gym the other day and I saw this HUGGE MOFO in there. I asked him if we has a pro bodybuilder and politely responded with his competitive status and past. His name is Ted, didnt catch his last name. His trainer is Dave Polumbo! He is training for the NPC nationals and has placed well at the national level before (I believe he said 5th). He is 44 this year and has been competing for 7 years. He is sponsored by Revolutionary Technologies. I asked him about his diet a little and he said that he is 290lbs off season at about 14% bodyfat (he is about 5'11"). He was 260lbs at 7% bodyfat when I saw him. He was extremely approachable, willing and happy to talk bbing with me, and articulate. He was successful enough in business that he took the entire year off to train for this show. Great guy with GREAT connections to train with and get my foot in the door towards competitive bodybuilding. he said no exaggeration it took him 10,000 calories a day to be 290. He talked alot about muscle maturity and said it makes a whole different physique. I said i had a hard time getting over 240lbs and hes like well man, you just finished puberty a few years ago, dont rush things. be consistent, train and eat hard, and with time you will look great. Hes like young guys like you are the future of this possibly dying sport becuase there arent many young guys like you left. It was motivating.

as far as the diet. I am following the advice of this guy a little bit. Getting some more liquid calories in the form of MRPs so I can get more calories in without feeling crappy. also I am limiting the beef intake to one meal per day and using more chicken and olive oil etc. (more unsaturated fats than saturated) I know it will make me feel better. When I was eating a lot of white fish i felt and looked great however I dont wanna burn it out, not only is it expensive but i want to save it for pre-contest.

I pretty much eat only steak and fish. A little chicken each day but steak is usually my last meal as for some reason mentally I just see it taking longer to break down and digest.

we didnt talk aas at all. I mean hes 44 and a very educated smart guy. I doubt he would come right out with that considering I am probably a kid in his eyes. Im sure as we train together more often, and i maybe snag his email addy we can talk about the interesting stuff. Hes 8 weeks out from the NPC nationals. His contest coach is Glen Miller and works with Polumbo off season
