Default My burst cycling progress.

Okay. I have begun my journey into a non stop transformation and hopefully an entrance into successful competitive bodybuilding. beginning may 3rd I have 4 months between semesters where I have a reliable job with flexible hours and lots of time to eat train and sleep.

Cycle History:

18 weeks Test E and EQ cookie cutter cycle which pyramided from 500 to 1000mg and then back down. . Here were my modifications:

-during the higher dosed weeks (4 weeks in the middle of cycle) I incorporated PWO humalog at 10iu 3-5 times per week to break the plateau. I didnt care about fat too much because I wanted to bulk up. After the initial few weeks following ester kick in, I didnt seem to make much progress except feel burnt out, and put on fat weight in an attempt to eat more and grow. The recovery process was decent despite ending the cycle with a minor pec tendon partial tear. The cycle resulted in a yo-yo effect and I ended up with only about 10-12lbs of muscle more than I started which is decent but not for 18 weeks of AAS use.

THis is why I did some research and thinking into the ideas of shorter more frequent cycles. the theories behind this approach have been discussed by myself and others at various places on this board and on AM.com if you are interested. I will not go into them here.

I ended this last cycle at about 210lbs and 14% bodyfat after having achieved 235lbs at about 12% while ON cycle.

I began my first burst cycle 2.5 weeks ago after some hardcore carb cycling and priming.

Burst cycle 1 (21-28 days- havent decided yet)

-600mg Test prop per week with a frontload week-ish (slightly higher dose during week 1)
-525mg Tren Ace per week with a frontload week-ish (slightly higher dose during week 1)

I am also using:
- pGH at .3ml per day and will run this indefinitely all year.
-injectable L-carnitine 800mg per day (great stuff)

after 2.5 weeks of clean dieting (but eating myself to sleep practically) I am 220-225lbs at about 10% bodyfat.

the tren drops off after the end of this week (week 3) and I will most likely runt he test at 500mg for another week.

PCT plans: (2 week SERM and AI inverse taper) with Test booster and DHEA at 50mg per day.

Instead of waiting an additional 1-2 weeks between cycles of rest I am considering hopping right back on after the 2 week PCT which will create a truly never ending cycle with periodic HPTA stimulus. I am only considering this for the next 4 months or so (which I could have easily stayed ON cycle as well- but I feel this method will be healthier and more efficient). After these 4 months and after I make my prospective progress I may add a few more weeks off between bursts.

Since the goal this summer is to pack on as much lean size as possible I will be using these compounds:

Test P: 750mg per week
NPP: 700mg per week
(proviron: 50mg per day)-will help decrease SHBG and curb any estro side effects like bloat etc.
Humalog: 10iu PWO

4 weeks on 2 weeks PCT/HPTA stim
* will be doing frequent bloodwork to keep an eye on Lipids and Liver/kidneys.
If this method of AAS use leads me into staying on year round then so be it. I was planning on accepting HRT anyway when I was 35 plus because screw feeling like crap and getting old and saggy. the MAIN concern with consistent endogenous shutdown is testicular shrinkage and Infertility- both of which are somewhat overblown as HCG helps prevent the first and if infertile there are methods of treatment. Hell I may just throw some sperm in a sperm bank in any case.

For now, and with this method for the next 4 months at least I am not too concerned as I am not anywhere near ready for kids yet anyway.

Diet:

I eat every two hours and my meals are usually either
-steak, chicken, potatos, onions, guacamole
-protein, oats, fish/flax oil
-egg white and brocolli omelet with oats
-or a healthy improvised cheat meal

after being anal about calculating numbers and trying to figure out the 'ideal' diet I decided the body doesnt work like numbers on paper and things change by the day. So i keep it simple and add/subtract portion sizes according to the goal.

* I also eat sugar free 10 calorie Jello snacks for dessert after each meal to clean my pallet.

Training:

I train 2 days on 1 day off indefinitely with 30mins moderate paced cardio and ab work on the off days. I do cardio to increase my metabolism, keep my heart healthy, and help me eat more while making my body more efficient at storing less body fat. It works well for me.

Looks good pudz, but I'm not sure I understand the 4 month part of the cycle? Are you bursting with high doses the entire 4 months?

well the 4 months is really just a given amount of time where I have time to focus 200% on this goal. So for the next 4 months instead of taking 2 weeks PCT and 1-2 weeks completely OFF everything between cycles I am just doing 4 on 2 week pct/hpta stim and then back on. THis allows me to make more progress.

Hmmm, I definitely like the idea of a 2 week pct. So I assume you have gotten past the test prop pain?

it seems as though it either A- doesnt bother me as much or B- my muscles have just gotten used to it.

*note: I stopped injecting quads. THe only time I will inject Quads again is when I try cutting my gear with EO. othter than that I love pumping my delts full o' gear becuase they swell up and look huge. (not synthol-ish though). i dont mind V-glutes either.

I honestly think it has to be the muscle. Did you have problems with Test Eth when you first hit quads?

I'm not sure I'll ever use EO again....
