hahah yea im still putting some finishing touches on it but mostly 12 weeker of Test cyp/prop (will kickoff iwth prop while cyp builds up then run off cyp, then cut off cyp a few weeks before the end and bookend with prop), EQ for weeks 1-10, tren ace 1-8 or enth 1-10, proviron first six weeks, 2-3 weeks no orals, then winny to finish up.

dosed accordingly:

750-1g test
500mg EQ
350mg Tren
50mg Proviron ED
40-60mg winny per day

I will mostly likely do this cycle in ketosis.

So your going back on the keto diet huh? You going to make any slight changes from last time?

Im back on the lower carb diet like we disscussed over on AM I believe. Im seeing much much better results. But I am also using Clen lol.

okay cycle will look like this:

Test enanthate: 1-1.2g per week for 13 weeks
EQ: 500mg per week for 12 weeks
Trenbolone enanthate: 500mg for 12 weeks
Test prop kickoff: 75mg ED for a few weeks
Tren Ace kickoff: 50mg ED for a few weeks
MAYBE an oral to assist kickoff.
HGH: 2iu 5 days on 2 days
AI: arimidex or letro we will see.
throw some proviron in when esters are clearing to stay hard.

diet: isocaloric but a little higher on the protein....

5 omega 3 eggs
5 slices ezekiel bread
1 banana
1-2 scoops protein

3 scoops protein powder
1.5c oats
3tbsp organic pb

10 oz chicken
1.5c quinoa
1tbsp olive oil
brocolli

^^ the above two meals will be eaten twice per day

MHP Up your mass will be eaten after the PWO meal and another at some other time during the day.

PWO= 150g WMS with 3 scoops protein.

Steak meal before bed- 10 oz with a salad and olive oil.

this will get me about 7500 calories. its hypothetical at the moment. We will see if this amount of food is realistic

Damn that's a lot of food pudz. Good luck cramming it all down. Hopefully pounding down that much food won't leave you feeling like shit. Cycle looks kick ass also. Make sure you log it.

Why only 13 weeks? Seems short to me. Also isnt 2iu's of HGH a little on the low side?

chances are it will be a 14 or 16 weeker. So if 16 then I will cut out the long esters around week 14 to ensure clearance and then run prop with w.e oral i choose (if i choose). I dont think 14-16 weeks is that short. 13 is maybe..... we will see... still planning!

Im not really in the financial position to run GH upwards of 4iu. but I will probably use 2-4iu 4-5 days per week and mainly take advantage of the leaning effects it will have. I probably will continue using it like this for a good chunk of the year... so although the dose isnt high, over time the benefits will show and stick. what i like about GH is that it actually decreases the amount of adipose tissue we have by a significant margin thus allowing the pros and guys of todays age to stay lean and have a whole different level of body composition all year round...

i cant imagine much more than 2-4iu is necessary to achieve that...

what do you guys think?

as for the food. I KNOW i will feel like crap. I always feel like crap because im always stuffed. I hate eating hahah. i can only imagine it now... I will be laying on the kitchen floor in the fetal position between meals for this cycle.

by the way. My family is freindly with a local plastic surgeon and I met with him for a consultation about having my breast tissue removed to prevent future gynecomastia flare ups etc. He was very willing and able to do the surgery and i was about to go through with it but decided Im just not ready to fork out 6500$$ for this at the moment. I mean i have little lumps and some fat but the fat seems proportional to my bf % so I doubt it will be too stubborn when dieting. Hopefully the lumps dont become too aggravated by my next cycle. There is still time to get them removed before i plan to step on stage though so for right now (considering im in PCT) i dont really want to take 3 weeks out of the gym and curse my body composition.

i don't think too many people that frequent this board have experience with hgh yet. if i were to run it i'd run 3-4 iu ed. but what do i know ... jack shit! lol
