Unhappy HELP! Indecision is killing me :(
Having a hell of a time coming up with a 10-12 week cycle. It is time to make a decison. Looking for all of u with more experience then myself to help out. Mostly looking to recomp or lean bulk. Definitely don't want to blow up with water retention and am somewhat prone to gyno. Stats are 6'1 235lbs 18-20% bf ( I know ) 30 yrs old. Havent ran anything since end of January. Have been as high as 260lbs and as low as the lower teens bodyfat wise at around 225lbs. Coming back from an on and off again 2 months d/t hectic school and work full-time. I have done several (5+) ph cycles and 1 aas cycle (test-e/epistane). So I need help with the best 10-12 week recomp/ very lean bulk and the pct. Thanks ahead of time--foggia

P.S. I have a little cash that I am gonna use to buy some items anyway so if anyone thinks there is something more useful that I don't have, let me know.

I agree with the prop combined with either winny or tren for a few weeks during the cycle...Either option should have very low water gains. The only downside to the cycle is the frequency of injections.

otherwise, test e with a kickstart, and end with a couple weeks of winny

I personally wouldn't run testE for less than 15 weeks, so If you don't mind pinning ED or EOD run prop for 10 weeks. Throw an oral of your choice in, why not?

Probably not similar results. If what you have listed is all you have access to, i would personally run test e for 12 weeks kickstarted by test prop for the first 5 weeks.
