First cycle need a lil help...

Im 5-6 170 eatin very clean bodyfat is prob around 8-10...i want to finally put on some lean mass within the next few months.I do at least 4-5 days of low intesity cardio mostly thredmill at an incline for 30-40 min. following a strict diet of 3200 caloris at a ratio of 30-40-30. Just want to know if this is a good fist cycle or a lil bit too much...thanks

heres the cycle
weeks 1-4 Dbo 50mg ED
weeks 1-12 Test or Sus 500mg a week
weeks 1-12 Eq 300mg E2D
weeks1-14 Adex 0.25mg ED
PCT
weeks 12-14 HCG 5000iu E5D 2 a day
2500iu E5D 2 a day
weeks 15 Clomid 50mg 3 a day
weeks 16 Clomid 50mg 2 a day
weeks 17 clomid 25mg 2 a day

This is what my rat would do. No more than 10 weeks for first cycle. The adex is not needed, neither is the hcg, instead, for pct, get some nolva.

For a first abuser cycle, dbol and test is enough.

Hell, test alone as a first cycle is good enough.
