Default Keeping gains after a cycle

What are some ways to keep gains AFTER a cycle?

What are some ways that people savatage their gains after a cycle?

I personally believe that with reasonable responsible anabalic/ph use, that gains should be able to be kept, especially with a well planned pct and well-planned "post pct"

I also see a pattern where people look at the scale only and cry about losing weight, when they may actually just be losing water weight.

I'm open to both points of view and hope to start some interesting discussion.

Sleep, Eat, lift HARD will give you the best chance at keeping all of your gains post cycle. I think the biggest problem people have with post cycle theropy is when they are feeling somewhat "run down" and get frustrated when the number on the scale goes down and that leads to further muscle loss. In most cases you will want to eat just as much as you did on cycle(maybe even a little more) but make sure it is clean food. Also I typically like to up the carbs just a bit, as i feel it gives me a little more energy in the gym. If you take your pct seriously, there is no reason why you cant keep almost all of the muscle you gained throughout your cycle imo.

nice post for sure eat and get your rest eat as much if not more than on cycle.

Doing all the things right to gain the size/strength/cut whatever in the first place and getting your test levels back asap is the only thing you can do. Bottom line is you are going to lose something but you should be better off than when you started. The faster you put the weight on the faster it is going to come off so I would pick your supplements accordingly.

that was his point exactly... running a quick hit cycle of something explosive will result in a loss of gains FASTER than a slow mild cycle.

Why don't we see more of the 6-8 week cycle vs 4 weekers?
