oh I found it. but when I click on it it says "oops not yet wait 24 hours" or whatever.

your usergroup must not be allowed to use it. let me fix this.

EDIT: Going to be a bit tougher than I thought. I will fix it when I get home and have all my files/programs. At the library right now :(
