I lost over an inch in my waist with no strength decreases and some very nice increases in vascularity. My weight ended up being about 3lbs up for my 5 week run, but of course, I was trying to get my bf down, so the overall goal was accomplished. As for diet, I was hitting 170-200gs of carbs per day on workout days and under 50 on off days. Im very carbsensitive so Neovar was the creatine of choice on my carb days. Protein stayed high at around 300-350 a day with at least 80gs of fats coming from CLA, sesamin, flax, mct's and 12 caps of fish oils. I truly believe that healthy fats are the most underatted supps out there. Its insane what kinda results can be obtained when megadosing fish oil alone.
