Default Man Supp dosing / Timing

Ok, just wanted to drop you a list of stuff I want / will be taking and see if you had any dosing or timing insight (outside of what label states). Please feel free to make dosing recommendations...and if too time consuming, just vague timing assistance would help.

Hey SOI,

Is this your post-cycle anticipations or just your usual support supplements?


The MAN stuff all together is known as the "Straight Diesel Stack" and in my estimation could see benefit if dosed in one of three ways:

[1] Economic Plan:

Body Octane - dosed two times per day
Clout - dosed ONLY on workout days (pre-workout imperative; about 4 hours later is up to you)
Scorch - 5 days on / 2 days off ("weekend holiday") protocol I introduced on DA many moons ago
Blue Print - daily - minimum of 1 serving first thing AM (whether or not this is with food will depend on your goals, BUT R-ALA has a better fighting chance without food and the peptide-hormone secreting potential exists on an empty stomach only, so I would encourage doing this about 20-30 minutes before your first meal...make certain to couple one dose of Scorch with it for a sinificantly heightened effect)
Vaporize - 1 cap up to 3 times per day, finish off extra fish oil with generic brand that will allow you to reach my recommendations for EPA/DHA in a day

[2] Easy Compliance Moderate Expense Plan:

Pre-workout: BO + Clout (additional dose of both about 4-6 hours later)
Scorch: Same as above (5 on / 2 off regime adjusted for tolerance)
BP: Same as above (some have had added success going as high as two doses, but this is NOT necessary to see results with this one after your first few doses...in combo with a stimulant again will heighten the effects)
Vaporize: 2 caps up to 3 times per day, finish off extra fish oil with generic brand that will allow you to reach my recommendation for EPA/DHA in a day

[3] More Challenging Compliance Mod. Expense Plan:

First thing in AM: Clout Dose #1
Pre-workout: BO Dose #1
Post-Workout: Clout Dose #2
PM Push: BO Dose #2

I do NOT see any overt complications with the meds and the MAN stuff, however...the salmeterol component of the Advair Discus could hypothetically cause some uncomfortable rapid heart beat scenarios with the Scorch, which is why I would (especially in your case adjust for tolerance)...start low when you come off the "weekend holiday" and build up as the week progresses.

If you do get dizziness or headaches, adjust carbohydrate tallies as some blood sugar lowering effect of the BP could heighten a potential side effect of the discus as well. Again, this is really splitting hairs though - just watch for it is all I ask.

Well by no means is it my regular supplement regime.

Of the MAN products, I would ideally like to use the Clout/BO long term, and either BP or Vaporize (would like both but $$$)...but the scorch is just to use a few weeks before my PH run (I want to run it for 3-4 weeks to make a small dent, take a few weeks off, then head into cycle).

The SAMe, I3C, Liver Longer, and NAC (and HB but did not list) are all supps that I wanted to use a few weeks before cycle / during / and PCT. Other than that, did not plan to use them outside of "cycle planning". I have considered long term use I3C and SAMe but...have not committed to it yet.

Of the supps listed the only one I am not currently planning to add to my PCT is scorch (unless you have good insight as to why I should).

I did forget to mention a few other things - Niacin (QPM), ZMA (QPM), HB (TID).

Other than what is listed above, PCT will add 6-oxo Ex and Activate EX...
