Fortunately, I can tell you that Dave (Owner Xtreme Formulations) is one of the "good ones" in the industry and as such, I believe this to minimally be labeled accurately, which is hard to say for many products of this category. That said, the protein in here will be of the absolute highest quality and the carbs won't be underlabeled.
You know my thoughts on the PS when soy-derived and with that minor exception, it could be a really good recomp agent for someone on a LOW-->NO carb (keto) plan in a CKD and/or there is certain application for the normal bodybuilder...of course for post-workout glycogen replenishment, obviously I am most recently a fan of continued CKDs, but the general populace may find such militant behavior challenging and as such - this would be ok.
For those attempting routines similar to my Body Opus: Reloaded offering, this would constitute a great addition to those first 4 liquid meals after your depletion workout at week's end.
If this were just a regular protein powder, I'd have issues with it as I don't think carbohydrates need to be supplemented at other times of the day (AT ALL). In other words, if you want them at times other than post workout...add your own and gain some nutrition in the process rather than just cheap filler. Still, this one is priced accordingly and sounds like it might taste good too.
After the Arnold, I will invest in a bottle and tell you what I think using it in the recomp fashion described above. Hope this "real-world" feedback will aid your decisions. Fortunately, I have already laid out the science in why I would put this drink on my carb-up in BO:R, so I will spare people the science of it for now - HA!
