Since taking it I have had no shoulder pain (after physical therapy 3x not helping longer than a few weeks), No knee pain, and all my joints feel awesome. Hows your shoulder flexibility? This could have a large effect on damage being done/previously done.

I had an MRI done. I realize that, but the key here is the tendon has never truly healed. I mean how can you heal a tendon without growth hormone which would allow it to regenerate tissue cells?
Flexibility is good for now, although at times the shoulder muscles feel tight. I stretch and do my ROM/rotator cuff exercises every 3 days with my elastic band, also as warm up to my upper body workouts which are at 50%.
I do realize one thing leads to another in the shoulder, however I just feel that the tendons never healed while everything else did.
I dont have med insurance since I just turned 25 on the 5th. I just want someone who actually specializes in the shoulder to look at me, maybe one of those doctors the pros use. I know the best one has an office in Alabama.
