PM's would be good, but you're swamped with them as it it correct? Could I use this thread to keep myself updated and make sure emails are getting received?
Ex. - I can use it to ask you if you sent a new email?

Well, let me put it this way. Provided you have no issues with anonymity, then of course I can continue our discussion on the thread, however medical conditions as such cannot be continued by me without your written consent. So barring you have no issues discussing past medical history, et al - then certainly - but I need your ok.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that emails (up to about 700 per day from 400) and/or PMs (collectively on forums 150 in the past has jumped to 300 PMs daily and some inboxes I have no time to clear out as they empty - they are rapidly filled again; this AM PM boxes were full at AX, DA, AM, and bb.com....here I have 1000 storage capacity though that is down from 5000 that RA gave me so I will have to see that I can get that bumped up again) are going to get any easier.

There will be a private email offering for clients from this point forward.

Like I offered in an email that you apparently did NOT receive, there is an entire introductory packet to fill out that I am trying to move to pure electronic form, however, for the next month or two it will be pdf docs sent to you and you will unfortunately have to snail mail me the Informed Consent document with your signature (original) but the remained can be returned in a number of electonic ways that answer questions like past medical history, exercise, diet, training histories, etc... as well as goals (long-term and short) etc... and all of this is defined. There are basic company principles that are directly defined for you that will dictate program development based on the program of choice and I believe you have received the program fees ranging from 15 dollars up (depenedent upon what you are looking for).

That said, I can tell you from working with over 7,000 clients to date that the most popular program and its constituents is the $200 package. There will be multiple add-ons and so forth but this will cover 3 training programs AND a full dietary protocol with supplementation to account for company methodologies. There is an option for NO-INTEREST FINANCING on all packages above Basic to make anything feasible for everyone.

The program will be 100% exclusive contrary to other design packages that are out there and are continually evolving on a virtual daily basis. And incentives will be granted based on future purchases when the website is up based on purchases you make today...in other words, if you resign on - you will have incentive-based discounts to continue to work with the company as time progresses. It is highly intricate that you read everything THOROUGHLY and in the event that you are under a certain age, you will need parental permission to work with me - all of which will be described in the informed consent documentation. This is as formal as it gets (not some non-legit offering).

The program will be ready upon receipt of goals and history forms with a turn-around time of about 3-5 days.

The program will be sent to you in any form desired when Informed Consent Form / Permission forms are sent (you will dictate that particular turn-around).

That said, on receipt of your packet, you will be forwarded to a client directory email address where you gain exclusive rights to first-hand answers (literally the fastest way to get answers after that point). Each day will be updated with turn-around times on my responses until the website is up and at that time, you will be able to visually view this formally on the website directly - "client / non-client turn-arounds" which may vary precipitously dependent upon the time.

My three hotest times are (and in this order)...
Late Dec (post-Christmas) - Early Feb: New Year's Resolution crowd
Mid April- Late May: OMG I have to take my clothes off soon for the pool crowd
Late August- Early September: Do I look alright returning to school this way crowd

While I don't know the direct indication your doctor has requested this be done, and it is generally done for post-menopausal females with a potential of osteoporosis...I am approximating that given the history of eating disorders and endocrinologic/metabolism problems, a bone density may be somewhat tell-tale about your bone's infrastructure (the mineral composition) compared to the general populace.

That said, dependent upon how many standard deviations you may fall below the mean will dictate your designation as either:

"Normal"
-or-
Osteopenic (low but low enough to be considered Osteoporotic)
-or-
Osteoporotic (lowest)

With each lower progression, you will have an increased risk for bone fractures, et al...
