numbness in hands

im on day 8 of the monster pak stack and i just started to get a numb feeling in my hands...kinda like when your foot falls asleep...can it be the stack or maybe my vitamins?

could be sone slight hypoglycemia, the sdrol+arginine combo is going to raise that insulin sensitivity and prolactin levels through the roof.

Superdrol by itself can induce mild hypoglycemia.
My "vote/guess" goes for high BP.
I had a run in with superdrol just a few weeks ago. After just two days my blood pressure was 150/95.
I was having headaches and my hands were numb.
Curious to see what the doc says.

Red Yeast Rice!!!

This is the silliest compound for people to be ingesting. Now, I won't get to its storied past - you can find that in the PCT subforum. I won't even talk about if there are monocolins present and it mimics a statin, how many side effects are suggested for these kind of drugs (rhabdomyolysis - where your muscle essential chews away at itself; hepatotoxicity - where your liver becomes intimately familiar with what its like to have a 7000-proof alcoholic beverage...ummm can anyone see why this is silly when stacked with a C17-alpha alkylated substance?). And no, silymarin is going to help in by the dose suggested (first off), but many times due to supply-side issues, Milk Thistle struggles to meet label claims - so that, to me, is pointless in this product. Oh boy - CoQ10 (though the dose here has got to be for shits and giggles) also is known to elevate liver enzymes in many instances. The intention is usually to offset the fact that statins will detract from the CoQ10 present in cardiac (heart) tissue, but 10mg for Christ's sake. Someone tell Fast Action to get ahold of me to consult them on formulating.

But, lets address your issues:

Red Yeast Rice, while less understood as to the "whys" is responsible in its own right for headaches - though I think that was just something everyone talked about with hypoglycemic induction.

The pertinent here for your numbness is that while not all that common, there are case reports of red yeast rice dmaaging peripheral nerves. In other words - this could certainly be a VERY lousy sign, though if not for anything else, it may be indication that Fast Action used a monocolin-derived offering (which is rare these days).

If the numbness improves or not, you should cut out the RYR.

The rationale for lipid (cholesterol) alteration while on cycle is to provide increased androgenic substrate. Hampering this effect will make it very difficult to recover into PCT.

Are these all separate tabs? If so, then yes, I do think you should cut the RYR pill.

The primary lipid alteration of concern on cycle is HDL lowering; combat this by ramping up your niacin dose; not be using something that aids LDL lowering.
