No, it means I could - in the spirit of Syntrax - take legal action of my own on a particular suit. Mind you, mine are NOT idol threats because my name has been made publically available rather than hiding behind a computer screen as so many wonder boys do in this subsector of the industry.
Fortunately in that regard, I suppose, I am not Syntrax - and they perhaps know this.

D_,
you are appreciated and loved in a non-homo way here. Well I can only vouch for my non-homo fondness, but I can't vouch for someone like learn who might want you to PPITB...

Hey Dana, I know it's off topic, but how is your sister doing after that incident?

I appreciate everyone's concern.
Actually, my sister's condition improved precipitously before deteriorating.
She has something dubbed a variant of Dissociatve Fuge - disoriented with significant issues to the extent of relocating and not remembering your past. Well, she has been tracked down and brought back, however, the circumstances are highly unusual - so she has been institutionalized in the interim. Unsure what kind of prognosis to expect outside of the fact that she is alive really.
Obviously there has been an interesting spectrum of emotions - though my mother needless to say perhaps is taking it the hardest. My other sister just had a baby yesterday at 1:38pm EST (Austin Dominic). Now, with my moving away from the family (business included) again in June - its an interesting time up here. You'll probably note with all of this going on and the business (see Medical Muscle, LLC subforum) picking up - even internationally, that my time on the forums has been a bit more sporadic but this should change in the coming weeks (though I will have a new patient load in July). Website on the way, some affiliation you'll learn about between LB and MM, and an exciting project I am going to pitch to Brandon and Jordan soon (you WON'T WANT TO MISS IT).
So - its quite the busy time. Always know that I am lurking in the shadows so ask all of your questions and the like until your heart's content - know that I will get to them as soon as is feasibly possible.
Thanks again for the continued support, now let's continue to see LB grow like a "mutha," shall we?

Well D_, my prayers are with you and your family. That has to be really tough. Thanks again for your dedication to all our seemingly inconsequential plights.
