Can you suggest a single or combination of names of products for pct that would be ideal for keeping gains after tren?
I was doing 80s for crushers this september when school started half way through the year i was doing 90's then a month or two later 100's i was stuck on 80s for the longest ( i started with 70s before i ever touched a weight). My arms are just very small with alot of veins. I recently started going all out and doing 115 and tried 120 for crushers because in my head this is my ideal way to gain arm mass which means i will clearly go all out on it.
Considering what you said i have not missed bis and tris for a year straight (since the first time i ever picked up a weight) when i do something i do it 100% i am always determined and dont give up. I have come a long way but with the weight that i am putting up i feel my arms are alot smaller in proportion to my body (bad genetics). i have bearly any fat and my upper back has alot of separated muscles. My upper back (no homo) is the most impressively cut and massive part on my body ( alot bigger then average but i worked for it) and my arms seem to stay small (in comparison). I might try stopping arms for a week or something because everything else grows but my arms get stronger and cut but never get that mass on the tri that makes them look big from the front angle.
Should i try executing my reps slower ( i do tense and lock out all tri exercises for several seconds every rep). I feel as though my tris just don't get larger they get pumped and then i take a shower and that pumps gone when i get out ( with exception while on tren they are bigger)
Also my #1 concern is that i live on campus with a meal plan that makes it almost impossible for me to get the right carbs and the number of meals i need which is why i have been using cytogainer way too much and i think this is hurting my healing and overall anabolic growth.

I posted a message about effects of Tren I just started on last week. I started with 30MG, I cap a day, then 60, and for some reason I wanted to see what taking up to max 6 Caps last Friday before I did intense training. I felt great, endurance and power way up, but by Saturday I was wiped out and have been since. Did I overdose my body in such a short period and this is the effect I get, very Lethargic, sleepy, off balance since Friday. I stopped taking Tren since Friday, and now I can't get enough rest and still feel like I have the Flu or something like it. What happened, and when, how should I go back on the Tren and how soon. Tired and confused on this issue.
