Default Dosing schedule for B-Complex and C

Hey D, I just got some Vitamin C and B-Complex per recommendation from the Body Opus: Reloaded thread. I haven't read the whole thing, but plan to this weekend. I am wondering how much I need to dose, and what kind of schedule I should follow when dosing. The serving size per capsule of each is as follows:

Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate): 500mg
Calcium (from calcium ascorbate): 50mg

Vitamin B1 (as thiamine HCl): 100mg
Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin): 100mg
Niacin (as niacinamide): 100mg
Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl): 100mg
Folic Acid: 400mcg
Vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin): 100mcg
Biotin: 100mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as D-calcium pantothenate): 100mg
Choline Bitartrate: 100mg
Inositol: 100mg
PABA (para aminobenzoic acid): 100mg

With these dosages, how many times a day should I take one capsule?

Prepare for a long weekend.

I would actually dose this at probably 4-6 meals - 1 capsule is fine. Much depends upon your other nutrient-timing.

As I have noted on this subforum in the past, there are only two B vitamins that really harbor side-effect potential we know about - Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine especially) and Niacin. Still, the doses here are NO WHERE NEAR required side effect tallies.

That said, I would dose rather liberally myself here, ESPECIALLY if your desire is to persue a CKD style diet.

Gracias senor. If not following a CKD diet, would you still dose B-complex liberally? I am consuming about 200g of CHO per day right now.

Well, based on the product you show me - yes. The methylcobalamin at only 100mcg is likely to be inconsequential.
