That's great to hear. With you there offering emotional support and your knowledge of a better diet and knowing what to eat and what not to eat Pops should be all right. The hard part probable will be the smoking issue. I hear it's very hard to quit. Maybe the scare of cancer will be motivation enough. There is always the nicoten gum or the patch and over the counter pills. Again, glad he beat the big "C".

Thanks for the compliments Angelo. Yes his smoking is going to the biggest hurdle. Once we get that under control hopefully everything will fall in line. Oh another thing he needs to do that will be hard to get him to do is exercise HA!
