Also D_, how do you cycle your carnitine usage? I have read that it is best to cycle 1 mon th on, 1 off.

Yea I saw that. The main thing that ticks me off, without even thinking about other ingredients is the fact the L-Carnitine is not even going to be effective without Insulin. (There is nothing to spike it in BLUE GAY)

I know you got that from Des, there is a supplement that is patented with Carn and 60g of sugar or something like that, its trying to spike insulin.

I do not know if all forms need such, but I wonder what Dinoiii thinks.
