Orange TRIad multi (controlled labs)

I know another multi question?

Just wondering what everyone thought of these multi's?

Some people swear by none and some take a pak a day consisting of between 5-1,000 pills.

so whats the verdict on the orange triad?

mix of a bit of everything...

shit homes never tried it I just stick to normal ass vitamins like centrum.

One of the distressing facts about this one is the Echinacea content in an every day item. Echinacea is NOT meant to be taken for long periods. See, we have enough data from trials on the ability of such an iten to cause hepatotoxicity. I called CL on it and was NOT happy with their response. Can try and pull the transcription from DA if I get more time.

HAHA crap is the term for most vitamins:

recently (through a suggestion of my trainer) bought beverly's super pak:( WOW felt really drowsy and almost fell asleep upon ingesting them, called the company because i feared an overdose on something and they said to send them back! Stated they should never make you feel like crap, and or drowsy and lethargic!

thanks for all the replys guys, i did recently buy centrum performance, though and it has ginko and gensing in it, but not sure about the long term effects of those either?

CL needs to be called out on their shit more often. Those fuckers blind people with their forum hype and fanboys who just scream out product names when people ask questions.

See - here's a much more inflammatory Zach than I these days.

I am careful only because Lean Bulk needs associations with a lot of these guys. In other words, they get sponsorship...so I am not the same guy I used to be per se UNLESS explicitly asked.

If I don't tend to recommend products too often though, you can likely assure that I don't care for them in many regards.
