I think that is their "B Right" complex. I used to take that one as well. But it still is lacking the Bentofiamine, and the B12 dose is 100mcg. In this forum I have seen D_ call that dose of B12 "inconsequential".

I thought the B12 was low...just thought i could supplement the methyl b12 with it to get the appropriate effect...hmmm will continue my search for an adequate B Complex that is not is not called AOR (if there is one...not that i have an issue with AOR)

When I was taking the Jarrow's I would supplement with 2 of NOW's B12 methylcobolamin lozenges, where each was 1mg. That way by the time you took 3-6 of B complex and the lozenges you had your B12 dosage up around 2-3mg. Then your also getting some B6 probabaly in your ZMA or nightly mineral complex, such as ZMK or CMZ.
