Not to hi-jack...but Ive always felt fine with 50g+ of protein is fine for a meal, now I'm drilling myself for allowing someone to tell me my body burns about 37g of protein per hour under exercise. Therefore, would I be pissing out the extra 13g-23g? Im use to 50g shakes anways but, just curious if my body really does have an absorption limit...I always figured if I drank 50g in a shake that will hit me instantly, then the food I eat will take a couple hours to break down and be there when I need it, correct?

So thats my glory? You use my "it depends" statement, c'mon D, I know I left things as pretty general and didn't toss in much of what I do, but geez. It's like walking up and belting out a horrible rendition of Bon Jovi, and then Simon Cowell bashing the sh*t out of it.... you wait to hear the response, cuz its always good. Not that I'm sayin trash what I say (IFFI remember ) but you can't just use me for "it depends"

I think I'm going to eat a solid meal after my workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, just to try it out. Maybe I can even nibble on a clam sandwich if I play my cards right

a clam sandwich might be good pwo as research demonstrates that testosterone levels rise as a response to sexual stimuli.
