Has Dr. Houser or anyone read this book? It's edited by Lisa Hark and Gail Morrison. I'm making an order and need something to push me over the free shipping barrier. I don't start my formal education on nutrition until the winter semester so I'm looking for something to keep my mind occupied before it melts away. Or any other recommendations of something a little more advanced than your run of the mill nutrition book.
