After D_'s comments I have upped my nightly intake to two caps of Humanofort and kept my morning intake to one. I just ordered my 2nd bottle of each and will continue until completed. Then I will evaluate again.

Overall: I love it - my lifts are very good, and my abs and chest look really good. In fact, my abs look better right now than when I did a CKD by dinoiii. Now I am following a mass building diet/training protocol he put together for me. My sleep is absolutely the best I have ever had in a REALLY long time.

I have found blueprint and ALC to be great supps as well but I have never taken them at the same time. I will give this combo along with humanofort a try...so the ALC, blueprint and 1 humanofort in the morn and then 2 humanofort at night...does it matter if taken on empty stomach or with a meal or shake?

Huh? D_ has never said anything that I remember about ALCAR needing to be countered with ALA. But, the Blueprint does have 300mg R-ALA per serving.
