I want to give a shoutout on here for what has maybe been the best supp stack recommendation I have received from D_:
1. Blueprint
2. Humanofort (this is highly under-rated IMO)
3. 3-6g ALCAR and LCLT daily (all in the morning and then pre-workout with Body Octane and Clout)
I follow all his other basic vitamin/fatty acid/mineral recommendations, but this has been the best and probably most minimal. Some noticable effects:
1. Sleep - just wow! Bestest, deepest, most restful sleep, always having morning wood, etc.
2. Energy/Mood - all day long feeling of well being.
3. Mental acuity and mind/muscle connection - I attribute this to the carnitines
4. Lean mass - noticable muscle definition and growth/development - especially in chest, biceps, and shoulders - good looking abs too.
5. Libido - this has been insanely good - not over the top like on some prohormones, but just in the sweet spot (pun intended)
