Default Best supp recommendation from D_

I want to give a shoutout on here for what has maybe been the best supp stack recommendation I have received from D_:

1. Blueprint
2. Humanofort (this is highly under-rated IMO)
3. 3-6g ALCAR and LCLT daily (all in the morning and then pre-workout with Body Octane and Clout)

I follow all his other basic vitamin/fatty acid/mineral recommendations, but this has been the best and probably most minimal. Some noticable effects:
1. Sleep - just wow! Bestest, deepest, most restful sleep, always having morning wood, etc.
2. Energy/Mood - all day long feeling of well being.
3. Mental acuity and mind/muscle connection - I attribute this to the carnitines
4. Lean mass - noticable muscle definition and growth/development - especially in chest, biceps, and shoulders - good looking abs too.
5. Libido - this has been insanely good - not over the top like on some prohormones, but just in the sweet spot (pun intended)

Also where did you get your alcar. Thats a pretty large dose. And I'm drawing a blank here but what is LTLC? How long have you been running this stack?

I use Labrada's Humanofort. There is a document on Labrada's website and if you search around much on the net you get alot of skepticism and such and a few others who also claim good success. But I tried it based on D_'s recommendation for a GH product and I think it has lived up to Labrada's claims. But I specifically minimized most other supps to try and isolate as much as possible. But, I added the Blueprint since it is a polyamine that takes works with GH and LH pathways as well. So I thought there might be some synergy with Humanofort. I dose it 1 at night with the CMZ and then 1 in the morning with Blueprint - each time on an empty stomach.

Exactly what it is and how it is sourced it somewhat contentious. It is one of those things that was supposedly used by the Communist bloc countries in their athletic programs, and then you get everyone over arguing about it. Very similar to the arguments you hear about Turkesterone.

Customcapsule.com - that is the best deal on carnitines and Na-R-ALA that I could find and I have searched EVERYWHERE - I don't like to mess with capping.

Ooops - I meant LCLT -> L-Carnitine L-Tartrate

I am now on my 4th week of this stack, so about done with the Blueprint. I noticed effects easily within the first week. I actually started the Blueprint 1st and ran for 1 week, then added the Humanofort, and that is when I REALLY noticed the effects. First effect was Sleep, by mid week 2 Libido, and now Libido is rockin.

I agree Super, I absolutely love LCLT at 3g/day post workout!
Strength and libido is always POSITIVELY effected.
This is a MUST have for PCT!
