Busy is an understatement, but this week in particular threw some curve balls my way and some of you are aware of what they were. That set some projects back - but I assure you - all of this is with reason.

Last night, Jordan and I spoke about what MM.com will be about and it should push forward in development early this week. We are probably on the eve of the "official" launch which warrants so much of my time.

Oh yeah, and there is that whole "doctor thing" I got going on.

Another thing...there will be an e-book available within a couple weeks on a basic diet and exercise program as well that has taken some time in the development realm. More info on this in about a week or so. I am currently constructing different phases of the exercise program setup.

Mind you, this may be a bit more simplistic for many of the advanced lifters on this site, which is why Medical Muscle, LLC exists - but this may still be of interest to tie together some loose concepts. It is, after all a Volume I product - which will see the launch of 3 supplements with it. Yeah, yeah - far too many projects currently coming to a head.
