That said, considering all the commitments had, it is imperative to understand that questions requiring lengthy answers (i.e. - usually those more broad in scope) may take a little bit longer in turn-around time. UPDATE: It has recently come to my attention that people have been curious to my where-abouts for the last month or so. During September, I spent 16 days away from my desk between the Olympia, 2 trips to Baltimore, website developments (what you will soon finally see) and distant client encounters.

I believe my maintenance of this site has been still very up-to-date and there may be a one-to-two day turnaround on occasions of extrmely busy times. Nonetheless, if you by any way are at all in need of immediate attention that I have NOT gotten to, you can attempt email merely looking for an office or cell phone contact dependent upon the urgent status.

January Update:

This week has been pretty rough for me - New Year's Resolutioners are getting the best of me.


Wednesday: 24 scheduled consults, 3 walk-in, 7 on-site exercise testing people

Thursday: 21 scheduled consults, 1 cancelled, 2 walk-in, 12 on-site

Friday: 27 scheduled consults, 2 cancelled, 3 walk-in, 4 on-site

Total People Seen this week (only 3 day short week too):
New - 74
Exercise Testing Follow-Ups - 23
Total clients worked with on-site - 97


So, needless to say...this is just a busy time. I am trying to be available as much as possible, though January through mid-February is my consultation services busiest time, so if anything seems to take a little bit longer for me to answer, I hope you understand...I will try and make ammends on the weekends as best I can.

Emails have taken a recent jump from the prototype 400-600 to about 1200 per day (virtually double) over the course of the last day! To assure you questions are answered in a prompt fashion, you may find posing rather non-personal questions on the public forum a better avenue as when they are asked in this fashion, they tend to be of more assistance to a larger subset of people. I am merely trying to divert some of the load and duplicate questions.

My preference daily of answering as a result of this volume will include the following order preference from this point on:

[1] Client emails (hence special account)

[2] Lean Bulk Forum posts

[3] Lean Bulk Forum PMs

[4] askdinoiii personal emails (< 500 words)

[5] Other forum "dinoiii" searchable threads

[6] askdinoiii personal emails (> 500 words)
