My experience with Hawthorne Berry

Since Dinoiii kindly posted his hawthorne research in the above stikcy, I felt this was an opportunity to share my experience with it thus far.

I preloaded 10 days of hawthorne berry and continued dosage of 1000mg caps in addition to my other supportive supplements while on cycle. My cycle consists of 50mg Halo clone and 40-80mg TD formestane (in ramped fashion). I am on day 9 of my cycle.

Formestane usually causes mild palpitations, mild chest tightness, brief sharp chest pains, and a bit of anxiety when I dose over 40mg/day transdermally. Although mild, these symptoms were usually noticable after 1 to 2 days.

Thus far, I have not had ANY of these symptoms. I give credit for my symptom free experience to the extra hawthorne berry, which has allowed me to ramp to a higher dosage this time around.

What brand were you using, the Now Foods one?

You could use anywhere from 2-4 caps (dependent upon body composition) and you'd be closest to efficacy range.

Certainly feel free to put this thread where you feel appropriate D! Just wanted to let you know that some of us newer to the supplement/ph realm are reading and implementing your ideas.

It's a generic brand that I picked up at Wal Mart for 2 or 3 bucks.

Dosage is 565mg hawthorne in the pill + 500mg hawthorne which is in 1 scoop of cycle support totally 1065mg/day. I plan to run it like this through pct as well. I preloaded 2 caps of the generic for 10 days.

RA, you said in one thread or another that you create your own supportive/preventive plans. After reading D's stickies, I'm starting to see where you are coming from.

I"m guessing minnie got the magic kingdom and mickie ended up with a few bratty mice?
