I know you are a fan of SAMe, but it is too expensive... A bottle with 30caps of 400mg SAMe costs as much as this bottle, and with cycle assist you get some blood pressure support too

This is not a bad formula, but you would have to dose it twice to make what I recommend as far as dosing on some of the ingredients, that is all. Then comparatively to SAMe, the cost difference goes away.

Additionally, you have to usually use blood pressure regulators about 2-3 wks pre-cycle to see any benefit. SAMe, you can start after a cycle. Please read what I am saying correctly - this is a good product; the simple rationale of cost-efficient goes away though when you evaluate further.

Dose it twice... But that is exactly what the label says, take 4 capsules 2x per day. I see your point in blood pressure regulators though.

Why not start using SAMe DURING a cycle (if hepatotoxicity is an issue)?
