I am going to run an upcoming cycle of M-e and Prop very similar to the one you suggested that has worked for other people.

Week 1: Methyl E 40-70mg / Prop 90-120mg
Week 2: Methyl E 40-70mg / Prop 90-120mg
Week 3: Methyl E 40-70mg / Prop 90-120mg
Week 4: Methyl E 40-70mg / Prop 90-120mg

Week 1: HyperMass / I3C 400mg / SAMe 400mg
Week 2: HyperMass / I3C 400mg / SAMe 400mg
Week 3: HyperMass / I3C 400mg / SAMe 400mg +/- Retain 2
Week 4: HyperMass / I3C 400mg / SAMe 400mg +/- Retain 2
*Note(s):
[1] All I3C and SAMe doses are minimums as suggested by study dosing parameters.
[2] SAMe should be staggered with 6-Bromo dosing (4 hours minimum).

basically core lifts every day.
I would love to recomp but dont know how i would run the weekends since i workout on Sat. I was thinking of something like maybe a TKD with CHO's around workout then low to no CHO's on non workout days, then High CHO's from Sat. after workout until late Sunday night. Let me know what you think.
