Promagnon is an interesting specimen and likely not really that cost-efficient so I don't recommend it all that much [I know you mention you are not on a budget BUT if your first cycle included a Halo clone - which many do, this is probably NOT the best 2nd agent to employ].
How about an epitho product (Epistane, Havoc, Methyl-E, etc...) based on your goals and this only being your second cycle? What did your first cycle consist of and how long did you run it? What kind of gains did you experience?

Base set up if OTC alone: I3C + 6-Bromo/Formestane-based AI + Test Booster + Liver Protection (SAMe is my prefered if you read my articles and an approved list has been posted on DA and bb.com for which I would recommend based on 3rd Party testing) BP control if you are opting for a Progestin by the end of our talks which can include Hawthorn/CoQ10/and - or many of the other 35 compounds I offer up in my PCT: ACV series + Niacin (B complex) for HDL elevation + Cortisol Control at 2 weeks into PCT (7-OH DHEA, 7-Keto DHEA, AET, PS @ 800mg, etc...), Multi-Mineral formula (like VPX's CMZ), and ACES. This whole subset +/- cell volumizers (obviously, I like the MAN Clout/Body Octane stack to continue forward with).

Well, there are oftentimes trade offs in the health domain.
First and foremost, you MUST consider liver protection (hepatoprotectant section in PCT:ACV Parts II and III and significant in-house trials and such have been described in that piece that will be published soon) with ANY C17 alkylated orals. You may have stumbled upon one of the internet's finest
"gurus" suggesting this liver care is unneeded and I would suggest to STEP FAR AWAY FROM THIS ADVICE if health is a concern.
Next, low-HDL ("Helpful" / Good Cholesterol) values plummet and Niacin is one of the few agents that should be employed. EPA and DHA in a combined 2-4 grams as dependent upon bodyweight will be important considerations as well based on my general recommendations. See Roundtable discussion from AX about my fatty acid recommendations which too apply here with "Mass"/ "Cut" / "Recomp" cycles. This is important in the cardiovascular domain.
Third on the level of importance (but it cannot be underscored enough) is the potential for Blood Pressure (BP) elevation as seen most frequently with progestin-based cycles, but not necessarily unlikely with others.

2000 calories may be fine, but an additional deficit will be interesting (albeit perhaps necessary) to create if you have become metabolically inefficient by using this caloric schedule in the first place. You can likely only hope for an anti-catabolic effect to some degree, I suppose. What kind of training regime are you currently using?

As I said above, I am not particularly fond of this agent per se from a cost-efficiency standpoint for what you would see. That said, if you can't find it...it may be better that way anyhow...I still say Epitho + BOLD is likely a better bet.
