In my case bro,,i dont think it matters....
I have tried diet/exercise with no improvment.

Dinoiii,,im going to get the labs done next week so we should have results for you soon

On a side note,,what dose Coq10 should i run for statin use?

Its like he comes in here with one post talking about "The Only way to lower cholesterol is just good ol plain exercise and nothing else"

But obviously he did not read the thread that explained that it is genetic and runs high in your family.

So NO....exercise will not be the cure all for this problem,

Besides a good diet and exercise, pharmacuticals sometimes are needed to come into play.

I can relate.
