I can speak from my own trial of AcitvaTe Xtreme in the past as it does what it says it does (inc T, dec E) if my results are indicative of anything. That said, theoretically, running it MAY turn things around; however, there are many things that may dictate full correction of a T:E ratio.
Not necessarily on the second one either...you could have all the DHT in the world and without receptors, it matters not.
Personally, I think you'd get further checking your hormone levels now and getting a physician who would be willing to think outside the box and prescribe an AI and monitor accordingly. But, ultimately....yes seeing a physician is a must.
