**The below is my opinion/results and no one has asked me to comment here.
I’m 12 days into PCT, after my "The One/P-plex" cycle, and have experienced outstanding results with BioForge as a part of my PCT. I’ve only lost 1 pound since the end of my cycle on the 9th (unusual for me) and the thing that really speaks to BioForge’s credit is I’ve lost 1.4% body fat (12.5 to 11.1). Another thing to note is the PRs:
Today was leg/bicep day and I hit several PRs on the last set of each exercise.
leg extensions 220x7…..+20 lbs
leg curls 220x8…..+20
seated calf raises 205x5…..+10
standing calf raises 450(machine max) x12x10x10x10….extra set
hack squats 270x6…..+15
close grip pull-ups with legs extended parallel to ground 20…..+5
I don’t know what is going on but I like it. Just unreal. Did BioForge play a part in these results? I think so. Just my 2 cents
