    I hate these overnight fad sensations coming out left and right. People need to buck up and put out the effort instead of chasing overnight results.

    More confusion:

    The guy talks about the "one set to failure" method taking 5 seconds on each rep. I always go to failure on each set I do and work on the "negative." But I do that for all my sets not just ONE. I don't know any serious athlete who does a set and stops after 10 when they could pump out 3 more. Maybe I don't get the "HIT" method fully but to me it seems lame.

    LOL notice how he looks 6 inches taller too? I think he spent 4 weeks tanning and then just photoshopped himself

    interesting....
    If it sells books, some ppl will go to any length to make ppl believe in their system

    btw I was 105 2 weeks ago. I do 1 full body workout a week, ask how now! Buy my from Sluff to Buff book for only 29.99, retails at 49.99, save save save....
