I would say my main goal is body comp as I really want to get down to a consistent BF range of 10-12%. I am sitting at about 15% right now, based on latest 7 site skinfold caliper meas.

Honestly, I have no idea about TKD or CKD (I know CKD stands for Cylcic Ketonic Diet), except what I read in your BO:R article. I understand that ketosis is reducing carbs in such a drastic manner to force your body into a state of ketosis, which results in significant fat burning.

As I have discussed with you, I just finished a cycle of 11oxo in which I made significant body recomp improvements, but I know I am stuck at 15% BF and I know that it has something to do with my diet. Here lately I have been focused on insulin response as well. I have been taking ALA for antiox purposes, but when I found your site and started immersing myself in your writings I stumbled onto this whole R-ALA /glucose disposal scheme.

In summary, I have no idea if my diet matches my goals and workout or not. I like the lifting program because it really focuses on correcting imbalances, functional strength, core strength thru real exercises such as the Oly lifts, etc. Again, I know I need these two areas to be in harmony, and would greatly appreciate any recommendations/suggestions. My main goal is a lean, trim, strong, athletic physique. I have no intention of doing bodybuilding shows and such.
