Default H drol cycle

hello everyone

i am new to the forum and also new to ph/test boosters and was hoping for some advice on h drol

ive done some research on CELs products and seems like H drol has the best gains compared to side effects, although i know everyone will respond differently


id like to cut while taking this, any advice on pct as well as other supps recommended on cycle? any help/advice/ past experiences would be appreciated

stats:

21 yr old, 5'10"
170 lb
11% bodyfat

would like to recomp as much as possible

Welcome to the boards bro!

H-drol is a great place to start, as sides are minimal and gains are great.
You could dose your first cycle as low as 50mg for 4 weeks or even bump up to 75 and run for 5 or 6 weeks. It all depends how your respond to it and how your are feeling.
You will need to preload hawthorne berry and milk thistle for 2 weeks, and get a good support supp like CEL cycle assist to take while on cycle, as it has everything you will need.

A simple pct of 6oxo/hypertest and a cort control product like lean xtreme will do nicely.

You state your goals are to cut, and then you state recomp, I would say to keep the cals higher than a cut and go for a solid recomp as hdrol is great for that. If your diet is good and your training is solid gaining 10 lbs of muscle and dropping a couple % bf is common.

is there a difference between 6oxo and hypertest?

also, is there any different between CEL cycle assist and Life Support?

any recommendations of how many calories per lb of bodyweight to eat per day?


i said cut because my main goal was to achieve more definition, but a recomp is obviously better lol. hoping to make some good changes with hdrol

and if I may make a recomendation, make sure you continue to do alot more research before you start your cycle and you will be better off

ok thanks. when you said 6oxo/ hypertest i wanst sure if that meant it was an "either or" proposition, or that i should do both.

would hypertest, 6oxo, and lean extreme be necessary, or would i just have to do 6oxo OR hypertest, and then add in lean x?
