There are probably a couple different views on this:
1. You want blood plasma levels at a maximum during/around your workouts for optimal results.
2. You want to dose them evenly apart to limit side effects (commonly caused by changing hormonal levels)
Since h drol is relatively side free you would likely benefit more from option 1.
