Question Does Cycle assist interact with h-drol?

Hi,

In a few days I will be starting my 1st cycle of H-drol/cycle assist (after preloading milk thistle and hawthorne) BUT... 1 issue has come up and that is of timing.

I understand that both the h-drol and cycle assist should be spaced apart. However, another memer at bb.com said that cycle assist lowers the PH absorption if taken at the same time and so should be taken far apart.

For both 50 and 75 mg a day of h-drol, how can I space out the cycle assist and the h-drol?

you just need to make sure that you dose cycle assist 4 hours apart from the dosing of the hdrol. This is due to the liver support in the cycle assist, and will apply to any PH you are taking.

I workout usually in the afternoon. Weekends and wedsnsays start at ~2-3pm but thursdays is at 4;30.

How does this revised plan sound?

breaky at 7-9am - 1h-drol
lunch at 12-1 - 4 caps of cycle assist
dinner time - 1 more h-drol
pre bed (11pm ish) 4 caps of cycle assist

how does this sound above?

but when it comes time to up the dose to 75mg when should I take the 3rd h-drol?

Well on average a person is awake 16 hours (give or take). You need to dose h drol 3x/day and cycle assist 2x/day. So 5 total dosing/day. So just spread them out 3 hours and a few minutes each day. For example:

7am - 25mg h drol

10 am - cycle assist

1 pm - 25 mg h drol (this time of dose should also result in better blood plasma levels around your workout)

5pm - cycle assist

9pm (or later) - 25 mg h drol

to keep the 4hr gap.... to adapt your plan...

Breaky = 1hdrol
Lunch = 1hdrol
afternoon = cycle assist
late dinner = 1 hdrol
prebed = cycle assist

Yes your weekend and 2 hdrol/day plan both look fine. Dont stress the details as these things are often only minor issues compared to the diet and training you employ while on cycle.

If nothing else consume 1 glass of grape fruit juice about a half hour prior to dosing your h drol. This will enhance absorption significantly. And the effects will be cumulative (meaning it will get better each day).

I wil buy some grape fruit juice this weekend.

1 last question... for the 2/day of hdrol weeks, would it be better to do the hdrol with lunch + late dinner and cycle assist with breakfast and afternoon so I get the benefit of hdrol 1hr or so before the workout?

There are probably a couple different views on this:

1. You want blood plasma levels at a maximum during/around your workouts for optimal results.

2. You want to dose them evenly apart to limit side effects (commonly caused by changing hormonal levels)

Since h drol is relatively side free you would likely benefit more from option 1.
