Well, I aint the CEL dude lol but It it were me, I'd run 11oxo throughout and then up it at the end if your wanting to do a bridge type thing. People get so caught up on 11-oxo being ONLY a bridge ph. It can be used and performs wonderfully, throughout a cycle too for fat loss. I can do basically as much cardio as I can and workout very hard while ON with 11oxo because the recovery is insane and low cort with so much cardio is still going to lead to fat loss

and throwing a PH on top of it and your golden. IMO, I have always waited 2 weeks into pct to start any cort assisting from 11oxo such as 7-keto or something... But then again, I don't bridge so a rebound might hit faster than 2 weeks...
The problem I have with a bridge is that your yanking your cort to the bottom with heavyheavy 11-oxo doses and then out of nowhere stopping it when pct hits...which triggers it to rebound. High than normal cortisol while raising estro in pct is not what I have in mind. People seem to just use the bridge to "clean" up their waist line from their lack of clean foods during a bulk when they should have been taking 11-oxo the whole time during it to KEEP from gaining what they are trying to lose at the end.
