They can nab my money in less than an hour for a purchase, but i cant get a response from customer service in a day.
I never understood this. I certainly hope this c-note of product doesn't end the great relationship I had with the TF in the past.

Now its tuesday of the following week and when I check the tracking number on the usps website it still says that they were electronically notified of shipment buy the seller, but they have no information of an actual mailing date? When I run the tracking number it shows that ups still hasn't received the package. I tried calling using that 281-678-8710 number and emailing them, but they didn't answer the phone or my email. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything would help at this point.
