i weighed 135 and i got up too 150 with weight gainer, and creatine and normal stuff.. my body has a very fast metabolism and gaining this weight took me a while and hard work..<br />

i was going to get some pro hormones (tren or h-drol) but with all the negatives reviews and not worth it.. i decided go back to my routine but add more supplements<br />
<br />
advice please or recommendations<br />
my ideal goal is gaining about 10-15 so like 160lbs...<br />
<br />
im thinking about finding a good workout routine and wokring out about 4-5 a week.. i mainly need help with my consumpution on supplements..<br />
<br />
im thinking about taking<br />
1) multi vitamins pro 32x<br />
2) blackhole- enhances hunger<br />
3) pro complex<br />
4) cell mass<br />
5) supercharge ( preworkout)<br />
<br />
take fish oil, proteins bars, boost plus shake...<br />
<br />
any advice or what else i should take...<br />
