My updates will consist of any sides, weight, and amounts lifted on compound movements, ie., bench, lat pull downs, shoulder press and squat.  I obviously will be doing additional exercises, but these are the big ones ppl would probably be interested in.<br />

First off, a little bit of stats about me. I have been lifting natural, with the exception of creatine and a few fat burners, for about 2 years now. Im 5&quot;9, and just coming off of a cut. I am right now, at 172lbs. I will be running this cycle as a cut/recomp and strength increase. I will be eating extremely clean, taking in about 2400 calories daily, and about 200-225 grams of protein; with a medium amount of carbs. I will be cycling off of creatine, and only taking these other supps:<br />

Diet= I am on a cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD). I am sure most of you know it, but for those that don't I eat 65% fat, 35% protein, and under 30 grams of carbs per day (usually from veggies). I do this for about 7-10 days and then spend 36 hours carbing up after a depletion workout, where I deplete my remaining glycogen stores so that my muscles suck up the carbs like a sponge on my carb up days.</div>

And since i can't cycle again till dec. i thought i would use some MA in the down time like them very persuasive boys over at AA suggest.<br />

Just a brief run down for the log i work out at home so i don't have any machines. What i do have is a squat rack, a bench, seated leg extension, a dip station, couple oly bars, a curl bar and 500lbs of weight.(i also have a total gym and no i didn't pay for it but if its good enuff for chuck its good enuff for my wife and you will see me on it from time to time) I try to keep my reps low and push weight best i can without a spotter. Due to my current work schedule i will only be workin out 3 days a week m/w/f (whole day off) and on tue/thur i will be runnin 2 or so miles in the morn. I don't count alot of cals but i do try to stay fairly clean just not always the lowest fat intake you could have.<br />
<br />
Some background to note i am coming off a hellacious battle with a flu type illness which has kept me on almost complete couch arrest for the better part of a week and a half. After checking my weight this morn i tipped the scale at a mear 188 which is roughly down about ten lbs from two weeks ago. With that being said my weight will probably rebound quick since i feel like i can eat again and if i go up 15 lbs in the next 30 days i won't declare MA a miracle worker but maybe a good natty. We'll see were it goes. Let the mass begin!<br />
