Wouldn't caffeine help speed up the dehydration process when drinking? Unless I'm drinking Jager, I always avoid Red Bull or the like.

It states it contains "activated calcium carbonate" as its recovery blend. "Pharmaceutical"....well, that's up in the air.

It supposedly absorbs the toxins and alcohol....also used for antacid and heartburn relief.

ah gotcha... this is a strange question but technically wouldnt that destroy the alohol before your body absorbs it... meaning you dont get drunk as fast? Or does this happen after it is absorbed into the blood stream

I am not that educated in the process here, but I would assume the latter. You take the product a few hours before you party it up. It will give it enough time for the body to absorb it. When Jose Cuervo and friends show, they will do what they do. As the night comes to an end and the alcoholic consumption aftermath ensues, Vegas Nites and crew are already in place to clean up shop. I am sure its an overly simplistic way of putting it, thats how I think it works.
