After the bulk Before/After Pictures
Heres what I cut to before my cycle -
I lost a shitload of muscle. Using DP's Diet
Heres how I am last week of cycle -
Im gonna go for the traditional -500s from maintenance.
300g/1200/40% Carbohydrates
300g/1200/40% Protein
67g/600/20% Fats
Lifting days - 30 minutes incline walk AM - Lift PM
Off days 45 minutes of High/Low/Mid intensity PM
Im going to increase my rep count from 6 to 8
EC Stack Alternating with another Fat loss Supplement
Keep Low GI as much as possible
What ya'll think?

i'll ignore that comment and just remember you're a brutal fuck LOL quads grew 5 inches, arms grew 1 inch, forarms 1/2 inch, wings grew nuts. calves 1/2. chest went from 47 to a 51

Its hard to tell with these pictures the progress thats been made because you have no same pose comparison pics, like before and after 'most musclulars' or 'front double biceps', etc
If you've kept track of the numbers, measurements, and you have made progress, good job.

I haven't followed your timeline, but if you have at least maintained your weight and strength 6 months after PCT, you shouldn't lose much, if any, muscle unless you drop your calories too low and try to rush things. On the other hand, if you just finished PCT and started cutting impatiently, you would lose most of what you gained on cycle and kept through PCT. Then, hypothetically, once the cut is over, you jump into another cycle and gain 10-15lbs, and then cut again and so on and so forth, thereby never breaking 200 or 225lbs, or whatever your goal is. If your long term goal is to be big and lean, get to a weight that is 20-30lbs above your projected weight, hold it for 6-9 months, then slowly lean out to your desired level. Then find a way to keep that leanness long enough to be yours. But if your short term goal is to have abs every summer, you may never reach your long term goal: it's up to your genetics and your decisions.

alright, Ill see what can be done about cutting, etc.. Its not impatiently but im satisfied with my size. I realized I was never gonna think I was big enough and my goal was not to turn into this huge meathead who looks ridiculous in the long run. If I didnt catch myself I would of. I may not look big but I tower over the people im around. I dont mind looking lke I have size but, Im not looking to compete.
im still contemplating running Test w/ Masteron in the future.
