Default Hey guy's whats your waist size?
Just curious. I'm 5'8", 180 lbs, 39, usually around 35-36" waist. Having a hard time going below 35" anymore unless total strict diet and high cardio, and even one dish of pasta can put me back over 36". Is is my age, or 35-36" not bad outside of competing? PS - Chest is 42-43"

A lot has to do with your build. You can work off fat but not bone. I'm about your height/weight (5'9, 177lbs) but have a 31 waist. I have a fairly small waist. But I have a large butt. I've always had a large butt even when I was at 7% BF. So I wouldn't stress about your waist size unless you once had a 28 waist or something. Some things are genetic.

I'm 6'00" and 190lbs and have a 34" waist, a few years back I was 165lbs and still had a 33" waist. Not a whole lot I can do bout' that.

I always measure just below belly button. I do think it's a hereditary thing with me, being Italian I was born with a belly full of pasta! My body is sooo lean everywhere, then I've got this gut sticking out. Guess my genetics just left me with the only option of strict diet and lots of cardio....
